I had a reservation for this location. I paid 185.00 plus tax for a room that the bed sheets had stains, I could not turn off the air because of a missing wall thermostat. Called the front desk, was told they were full and had no other vacant rooms. The hotel is under going construction, on top of that was missing buttons on the elevator, we got stuck on the elevator, the in door pool was not accessible, hampton inn suggested that i take my four grandchildren across the street let them swim there and then go back across the street with as cold as the weather is. The breakfast was not even worth advertising, no eggs, no bacon just bagel, waffle premade omlets, that looked very hard and old. If i would have been informed of all of these thing's i would have never stayed. I have stayed at the sable on the navy pier in chicago and this is what i paid 180.00 for there excellent service, clean environment, classy and had access to all the amenities. This was like staying in the hood, ran down and unprofessional.
