Wonderful Long Weekend

The home is situated perfectly for beach and town. Steps away from the beach, and short convenient quick trips to shops, and dining. The house is tastefully decorated and has everything you would need for a stay in Port Aransas. Would book again!!!

Great place!

The house was spacious, clean and cozy. Location is spot on to the beach and town. The owners are very accommodating and really care about their tenants. One of the top VRBO rentals for me EVER!

Sand Point Joint Upstairs, Holiday Get-Away Review

Overall the place is very nice and close to the beach with direct access. A 5 minute walk. The house is nice and the listing is accurate with what you see on line. The Master shower liner needs replaced, it is moldy. Also, there was no soap to use in any of the bathrooms. We went out and bought our own. The Kitchen is nice and well stocked with plenty of utensils to use. The house has a stale/mildew smell to it and is noticeable when we first walked in and on every day thereafter. The views are very nice from the two large decks. Overall nice experience for a family get-away.

Short walk to beach!

Well equipped house; kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of towels, etc. Clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach is short. In fact, you can walk quicker than driving. Very nice beach house that I recommend without hesitation. The owners are very responsive to any questions we had.

Great house!

Great location, house was very clean and plenty of room. Very well stocked kitchen. The pool is great, discovered the little boardwalk to the beach, which was very nice. We had a great time at this house! Would definitely rent again!

This house was perfect for our family!

My self, 2 sons, their wives, and two grandchildren stayed in this lovely home. We loved the open feel, great deck and well stocked kitchen! We would love to rent again along with the downstairs for more family! The home was very clean and well maintained and the location was perfect!!

Clean, Cozy & Convenient

We stayed here over MDW and it was perfect. The owner was super easy to communicate with and the place was so nice. It’s extremely close to the board walk and there is a restaurant within walking distance. Loved it!

No reason to look any further!!

This beautiful house is only a few steps from the beach!! All the amenities that you could ever need are already provided. Spacious and very clean!! We will definitely be staying here in the future.

What an amazing home away from home!

There was not one thing we needed that wasn't already there. It was a chilly and rainy weekend at the beach which was all fine and dandy. But. That fully stocked kitchen made it so easy to cook and bake inside and made everything seem so much warmer. And I haven't even mentioned the view from the master deck. Wow. Loved every minute. It was perfect for us.

Roomy, clean nice view of ocean from master balcony.

We had the top 2 floors. The master was large with jacuzzi in the bathroom. The pool and hot tub was just 2 doors down. The boardwalk to the beach was just across the road. 1 mile walk to Pizzaria (great deal on gluten free buffet) by beach or road. Several good eating places within 1/4 mile. The wife enjoyed the large kitchen with everything she needed. The manager was easily accessable and got any minor problems fixed quickly. I would highly recommend staying there.

We would definitely rent this home again! It suited all our needs for a beach getaway!

My family enjoyed ringing the New Year in this lovely home. Plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well-appointed. What's a beach holiday without the beach? This home was directly across the street from the boardwalk leading to the beach. I would recommend this home for a lovely family getaway to Port A.

Beautiful and calm neighborhood, nice and spacious home

This house has very good beach views from the upstairs bedroom! Was clean, excellent decorations. 2 minute walk to the beach Well equipped kitchen I just wished the Jacuzzi worked.

Great stay by the beach!

You can tell that this home is cared for as if it were Suzanne’s primary home. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen stocked and clean. It was very roomy and updated, and so close to the beach! The house had a very outterbanks feel, without the crowds
