“We stayed here for my daughter's volleyball tournament. It was wonderful...perfectly clean and nice and the room was everything promised. The water park was a fun thing for the kids in the evening after volleyball. The reason for my bad review on check in process is that the only thing that annoyed me was that they tried so hard to book me to view their timeshares when I was checking in. I had a long trip to get there and the sales lady would not stop trying to book me for a 90 minute time...

“This stay was definitely a disappointment. When we checked in they said we would have to come back down in the morning to meet with the concierge to get our parking pass and bracelet keys. I didn’t think much about this. But when I met back with the concierge it was nothing but a very pushy sales pitch. They actually could have given me the stuff the night before but wanted to give the concierge the chance to sell me with her forceful and rude sales tactics. When I rent from Vrbo I do not expect...
