Enjoyed a comfortable stay at this property. The screened in porch was great - we ate dinner out there every night. Location was great for visiting Mesa Verde National Park of course, but also not far to Cortez for dining out and shopping for supplies.
The instructions and info for guests could have been a bit more detailed in my opinion. The key situation was a little confusing. I received a quick, albeit brief, response from the host when I asked about what doors the keys opened (they don't open the front door).
Would have been good to know ahead of time there were only 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, since we were staying several days. I know it seems minor, but it was annoying. Also, we had to get up pretty early the day of checkout in order to complete all the required chores and check out before 10. I think the management company puts a little bit too much burden on the guests by asking us to do all the dishes and put them away before we leave. Also, one wonders how well prior guests cleaned the dishes before they left. We actually washed everything before we used it.
Nice house, but felt like the management company cut corners that diminished the experience.
