We did enjoy the cave room a little more, as it was larger and also had a larger jacuzzi. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. "The heat didn’t work but the fan/ac did, refrigerator wasn’t really working too well and the coffee machine in room was old and dirty but the bed was clean and comfy "
