The hotel overall was fine. I think the breakfast was $25 is overpriced for what they offer.
Our room was OK inside outside of the room is quite dirty, I can spot a few that I’m sure hasn’t been touched in a long time
I love the vending machine in the lobby with medications and a few other things, it’s very convenient
However, the biggest problem we both had was the staff. We got there around 3:30 and was told we cannot check in until 4 PM sharp, when 4 PM p.m. I got in line and was told again that nothing is ready so come back in line at 4:30 and people were already in line. It was so confusing whether should I leave the line and sit down or stay in line though so we left the line and sit down again. But, the line was extremely long and we finally got to the front desk. The staff and told me that my room is not available, we booked a king size room, and nothing is available and she refuse to help. We called her out on her and she said bye to us and brush us off to the manager. The manager was extremely professional and very nice guy, so he apologized for her. It was the most ridiculous experience we have ever had to a front desk staff. Her rudeness was unbearable and unacceptable.
