The A/C didnt work properly, the toilet seat was loose, and the phone stopped working. The staff were kind enough to give us another room where everything was great! The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the continental breakfast had waffles, cereals, milk, juice, coffee, and pastries.

The stay was nice, but I have noticed the breakfast is starting to diminish --- there was only one cereal during my stay and only 'Sunny Delight' as a juice . . . even though it is NOT a JUICE! The room was nice and clean, but the sofas I have found when I stay there before are in dire need of a deep STEAM CLEANING! C'mon, it doesn't cost that much and shows a sign of caring for your guests. The ice machine worked, the elevator was cleaned during my stay and the leaves that clutter because of the wind by the door was swept and mopped. That was greatly appreciated --- I will be back again next year, and I will give them another try, hopefully these minor (but pesky details) will be encountered and fixed. I hope for other travelers sake! #justsayin

Love where the prop is located. only complaint this stay was our room 307 had a ton of water running noise behind our bed /wall all night. not sure if all the pipes are there or what was going on...so loud. and the people next door were slamming there door....last time we stayed here no issues, this time way to loud....I would stay again but not near all that water noise...sound like every room that turned on their shower was running thru our walls....

Very updated, nice, clean room. For the first time in a long time, I actually felt content to walk around barefoot in a hotel room. The bed was so comfy and shower so relaxing. We did not want to leave! The continental breakfast was nutritious and good with a nice selection of options. Check in was a breeze. Safe and quiet location. Will now be our go to hotel when visiting family.

Nice hotel at reasonable rate

The hotel was well kept up in a nice area with several places to eat nearby. There was plenty of parking available. The rooms are plenty roomy with everything you need. We are going back next week again.

The staff were exceptional but the room left a little to be desired. The dresser had a broken cupboard door and the pillows were so hard, it made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.
