Your going to be hearing the trains pass by the hotel every 15-20mins or so. It is pretty darn loud!! Room was ehhh. Everything outdated beside a flat screen tv. Also hope you don't have a room next to a freaky couple because walls are pretty thin and your going to hear everything what's going on and the head board banging on the wall. She had no idea how hectic and disatisfied my day had been and her professionalism and genuine personality was most comforting. I stayed a period of 3 days and although the property is located on the corner of a busy highway and train tracks, the ambience on the property was again soothed to my liking. Quiet, peaceful, and disjointed from the world, my stay here exceeded my expectations. First off.. We asked for a nonsmoking, room smelt like smoke as soon as we opened the door. The bed was not comfortable, the air conditioner did not cool, there were not blinds on the window, just very thin curtains so we woke up when the sun was up. Just an all around lousy motel. Plus the trains every 15 minutes were annoying. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Were offered a non-smoking room for 16.00 more. Since we were very tired, we agreed to pay more. The office was very dirty and cluttered. Clerk was nice. Room was okay.
