Whether you're gathering by the fire or enjoying the outdoor space, this property offers the ideal retreat for those seeking a serene, yet modern farmhouse lifestyle ★ Spacious, Open-floor 1 Story Home w/ 4 Beds + Backyard \- 4 Seater outdoor dining table \- 6 Seater Dining table \- High-speed WIFI \- Kitchen \- Two 50 in Smart TVs \- 1 King Bed, 3 Queen Bed \- Coffee Machine (with - Ground Coffee / Tea Pods) \- Plushy Towels \- Shampoo/Conditioner/ Bodywash \- Toilet Paper \- Clean Linens and Covers \- Washer and Dryer ★ Parking \-All guest can park in the front of the house (2 cars) or anywhere in the front of the house \- Guest will NOT be allowed to use garage. The garage will not be accessible ★ Location/Neighborhood You are: \-3 mins from UTD \-14 mins from Galleria Dallas Quiet hours between 11PM and 8AM. Complementary supplies provided on arrival, but cannot be refilled. Long-term guests (60 days+) will be required to sign a lease Disturbances to neighbors (i.e. shouting, loud music and other noises) will not be tolerated and may result in a booking cancellation Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the property (including the private balcony) Maintenance personnel may service the unit from time to time to include general maintenance, housekeeping, & pest control. We may not be able to inform you when the maintenance personnel will arrive. Lost key fee is $125 All visitors (even the ones not staying over night) is classify as a guest. you will need to update reservation and inform host Smoking fee $300 Item return fee is $25 + cost of shipping Flexible Check-in Option: We understand travel plans can vary, so we offer flexible check-in options to accommodate your schedule: Check-in between 1 PM and standard check-in time: $25 per hour. Check-in before 1 PM: Pay the previous night's rate. Please note that early check-in or late check-out requests are not guaranteed at the hourly rate (25$ per hour), as it depends on the cleaner finishing early on check-in day.
