The door to the room did not close properly. There was light coming from all sides of it. There was no way to close the door quietly as it had to be pulled shut, and so you could hear everyone's doors being slammed closed during all hours of the night. The back of the bathroom door was filthy. Something had been splattered on the back of it and was not cleaned. Something brown had dripped on the wall inside the shower. There was mold on the inside of the shower curtain. Our bath towel had a hole in it, and the duvet cover was shredded underneath of it in two different places, and had stains on the top. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall by one screw. There was notable crud and hair all over the bathroom floor, as you could tell it had not been cleaned. The whole place is in need of some major cleaning and renovating. The only bright spot was that the front was very clean and newly remodeled, and the staff that we encountered were very friendly. There was a hair that did not belong to me on the countertop of the bathroom that went untouched even after room service cleaned. There were dead bugs and dust in every corner of the room. One was clearly on the ac unit that the room service did not clean. The couch had several stains. The TV was off centered.
