The shampoo bottle was half full, package of silverware was opened, the plate behind the faucet in bathroom was off, we had 3 people in the room not enough towels had only enough for 1 person, they need to defrost the refrigerator because of real thick ice buildup, did not give us the room that I reserved but still charged me the same price, no strip on toilet to let us know if it was clean or not, toiletries were not enough for 3 people really not even enough for 1 person, stains on the pillows (all), they came to the room after we were in the room and gave me a towel, bath mat. They hardly spoke any English

This place was terrible and I did not even stay the night, even after driving 14 hours. At 8 o'clock at night I had to find another hotel. Would never recommend this place to anyone. This place needs to be cleaned up, carpets and bathrooms replaced and just overall renovated.

Had to use a ring doorbell to get contact even though i was observed coming in by staff family. Mildew in bath tub around ends of wash cloth bar. Soft area in floor of tub like floor underneath is weak. Dirty wash cloths. Dirty shower curtain. Tub drain plug and faucet broken. Room needs asthetic make over. Loud metal sound when getting in or out of bed. No breakfast available even though pictured on website. Room needs over all deep cleaning. Sign out front reads "Newest motel Jacuzzi suites"...nothing new about this place. No one available when i checked out so l left room key just inside window through pass through hole.TERRIBLE experience.

The rooms felt like they were full of the cheapest things available. They used old sanitizer bottles for shampoo and conditioner. Stains on mattresses, blankets, and pillows. Had to call the staff after ringing the bell multiple times to get them to come out. Door lock didn’t fully latch. No extra pillows or blankets, just two pillows that might as well have been pillow cases. Only saving grace was the price. Very lackluster experience.

The staff was very courteous. The room was ok. The management is remodeling the motel working hard to update rooms. For some reason my Credit card was charged twice for room, but when notified they quickly corrected.

The room was ok. Fairly clean. But we had to kill a few roaches. And our key would work once or twice. Then we had to go to the office and get new ones. This happened everyday. It was in a good location. Wasn’t real expensive. Overall it was ok

I stayed there for 3 nights they never made the bed , even after I asked them to.did not replace shampoo in shower after first day. Entrance door was mot sealed you could see light all around it. They have really gone down hill sine the last time i stayrd there.

convenient location

clean adn friendly.. not very professional as there was clutter everywhere on grounds. They did get me a ground floor room when I asked. Very convenient location. There is not much to choose from in Summerville.
