I was traveling and got here around midnight. Upon arrival security and staff were outside smoking weed and had me waiting 15 minutes before coming inside to check me in. After finally checking in I got a non smoking room which smelled like cigarettes extremely bad and the room wasn’t clean at all. Poop stains still on the toilet and hair in the shower. Asked for a different room and not only was the bathroom still dirty but the bed sheets and pillows had hair and black stains all over them. Asked for a refund at the front desk but all the high employee had to say was “I don’t know how to do that”. A can of paint could do wonders. I sensed they were trying but have a long way to go. Expected more from a Quality Inn. Learned they may be selling which would explain a lot. Breakfast was pathetic - chocolate waffles, dry cereal, one juice and yogurt, the end. Not even a toaster. Linens were clean and staff friendly.
