“The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. It has a washer machine without dryer feature. The heater in the shower can dry the clothes. The location of the hotel is good; around 10 min walk from Isetan department store. There’s a bit……

“We booked for a group of 8 adults and a toddler for 3 nights. It was a nice change from tiny hotel rooms! Each floor has its own bathroom, kitchen, king bed, sofas, and Japanese style sleeping mats. Each floor also has a washer/dryer and projector screen. Very spacious! It was also very clean, including the outdoor spaces. Check in and check out were a breeze. The quiet location was great. There are a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping within 5 minutes. The subway station is……

“1.住處非常乾淨，有洗衣機和廚房相當方便，房間空間大，可放置大行李箱都沒問題。 2. 安靜的住宅區域，離車站步行約10分鐘。 3. 有一天因瓦斯沒有work，導致當下無熱水使用，而服務人員在線上給予支援解決問題，十分感謝。 4. 需注意之處： 因是公寓式住宅自助check-in, check-out, 沒有寄存行李服務，建議提早準備好行李寄存準備。另外，無電梯，所以必須自行搬運行李上下樓，這點需格外注意。”

“The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.”

“the room is nice and clean. kitchen is awesome, washing machines is awesome, iron is awesome, ac is awesome. i would book the room here if i visit Tokyo again! but the thing i want to said is: pls make the room on the 1st floor look more obvious so to let other guests know that there’s a room out there. 2) the slippers would stick on ur feet if u r not wearing ur socks/ when ur feet were wet.”
