“Check in was easy, the owner provided me with bldg and room access. Hotel rules was explained via email in details. I only had one issue with no shower gel. But the reception came and explain the issue and rectified the situation the same day.Adefra staff member Omar Molina was on point with making breakfast the way I preferred it and assisted me with points of interest around Santo Domingo.”

“First off, we didn’t have working batteries in the garage remote. When I reached out, I never got an answer. I reserved for 11, got 8 towels. I had to share towels. That was not necessary. Futon bed was broken. I had to share a bed with all my kids. That’s 5 in one. Not a very comfortable night. They couldn’t sleep in the living room cause the AC was not working in that area. Cleanliness could be 100% better. Went into the laundry room and there were alcohol bottles in the machines. I guess they……
