“This is a fantastic property located about two blocks from Plaza San Francisco in the old town. The property is expansive, definitely room for 14 people with excellent furnishings, exceptional art and a very attentive staff attending to all our needs. We were ten including three teenagers and every one of us was thrilled to be here. This has to be the best property in Quito and thank you very much for opening up your personal residence for our benefit.”

“Absolutely beautiful property. 2 bedroom 3 bathroom, full kitchen and balcony with amazing views. Located in the perfect neighborhood. Walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and right in front of a huge park. Building Security does an amazing job keeping the building and guests safe. They are professional and helpful with anything you need. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to visit the pool but I can guarantee it's clean and stunning. I visited 4 different hotels/apartments all over……

“This is an excellent authentic Quito apartment. Offering plenty of space including kitchen it is well located for a stay in Quito. The rooms are clean and its charm really is its traditional feel. However what adds to the excellence is the attention to detail of the Moreno family - they are brilliant. Their aim is to ensure you have a brilliant stay and will do all they can to help this to happen - organise taxis, recommend restaurants, help you with trip planning - you ask and they will do all……
