“We spoilt ourselves with 2 nights in Ahas Pokuna. This is a truly special place. Greeted at the road side by Arun our naturalist guide we were immediately enveloped in the forest following a footpath (truly the only access) leading us up the the very exclusive camp. We were the only guest and had the middle of three tent suites/tree houses. The beautifully maintained grounds of the camp are full of birds and the staff are always attentive. The food is excellent and plentiful. Arun was delightful...

“Upgraded to their new hotel which was very good, excellent swimming pool though hand rails would help. Annoyingly, for a brand new hotel, you had out of bed to turn the lights off! Grounds beautifully maintained. Food fine. A pleasant ambience for relaxing. Across the road from the Elephant Orphanage. “I went with my wife and four year old daughter. 6km small Road to the hotel is horrible. Need a high clearance vehicle. My honda fit nearly escaped any damages. Otherwise the stay was superb.
