Hotel needs a serious renovation. The elevators do not work, there is no water filtration system, and the entire resort is outdated.

Look at Diani beach on Google maps and stay adjacent to the wider parts of the beach

Quite a distance from Nyali. Best bet would be to rent a car and drive - Uber (one way) cost just as much as a one day rental.

Be ready for locals to harass you to buy the same bracelet over and over again! I visited several bars and restaurants along the way. Columbus shades has amazing food. Watch out for the monkeys though! LOL
