"The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. Very poor communication, I felt like I was in prison, because I wasn’t allowed to take visitors on her property. The housekeepers were more friendly and nice. I was warned by others never to rent that property again. It was just a horrible stay, the beds were very hard and worn out. It’s like you sleeping on a piece of board. The community it’s...

"The staff (Chef Tony, Sandra, John’s, and Tifari) were great, they took such good care of us. My only constructive comment is that the lounge chairs by the pool all need to be replaced, as many of them are broken, also the kayak and paddle board should be replaced as they’ve seen better days."

"It was a dream location with the sound of the sea bringing a calm and relaxing feel to the stay. The surroundings were stunning, lots of birds and incredible plants. The sea was perfectly clear and the snorkelling was absolutely amazing. I just loved the views. The staff were incredible and really went out of their way to help. Ocean Eden Bay - Adults Only - All inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"We enjoyed every bit of the resort! There were activities all day every day (for adults), the food was good, the staff was very friendly, especially Monica! Some of the restaurants you have to pay additional for like the lobster dinner at Buccaneers, but it was worth more than what we paid! We stayed in the walk out pool room and that was fabulous, plus it gives you 24hr pool time! I would highly suggest Ocean Eden Bay, it was worth every dime! "
