“The front desk service was superb. Shayne and her team did a great job attending to her guests' needs. The room was clean and laid out efficiently. What a love most is the co-working space on the first floor, and how it is close to so many restaurants and the Arab Street. 5 out of 5 in my book. ”

“I have stayed here for around 3 weeks on 2 different floors. The housekeeping was so bad when i stayed on the 9/f and become better after I moved to another floor.
The one basic thing the housekeeper did was tidying up the bed. Even I placed the card on the bed/table, they still ignored. The amenities like body wash/ cotton pads were never refilled in full. There were always things missing that I had to call the concierge to refill.
This is worst than a 3-star hotel.”
