“Emily was an excellent host and very communicative before our visit and during if I ever had any questions. The house itself was lovely and had plenty of space. The pictures were great, but I'd say it was even better in person! Everything was clean and stocked, and we had no issues with any aspect of the property. I'd absolutely recommend this Vrbo rental and would gladly stay again if ever in the area. Thanks so much Emily for your hospitality!”

“The unit was spacious but the kitchen area was small. The bedrooms were good but the mattresses were rock hard. The bathrooms had some mold and the sliding door was very hard to open and close. The location and main facilities were great. ”

Shower door won’t stay closed, not a dresser, shelf, or hook for clothing, oven not clean, rack in backwards and fell out, extreme floor slanting. But, the most upsetting was the Lack of Communication with the host and the agency, The Muskoka Waterfront Retreat. We wanted a 3 night reservation, but mistakenly entered 2. The room was like a small apartment, very neat and clean; a few small details could be adjusted, but they were minor and I had great communication with the staff when I needed to find out how to work something. Comfy bed as well, and there’s a beautiful walk right next to the lake, which is only a few steps to get to. I would definitely come again.”
