"Home 2 Suites in Huntsville was really outstanding. It is very well-maintained & clean, the staff was very friendly & helpful, the exercise room handy. We enjoyed the pool too, even though it was out of service for a couple of days. The biggest plus were the very spacious rooms: our family of 8 had 2 suites and plenty of room to visit each other. The breakfast was an excellent experience as well, with good choices and a big extra room to accommodate our large group. Very good value for the price. Located in a quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"The location in Port Sydney great it was a 10 min walk to the beach. We had the Port Sydney Suite, the room and bathroom were large and recently renovated. The air conditioner was cold and there was also a fan. The bed was soft, clean and comfortable. It was a Friday night open mic entertainment with lots of locals attending. The restaurant was busy and the food was great, we had haddock, fresh cut fries, wings and quesadilla. The downside was the outdoor maintenance could be better and a morning coffee station in the lounge would be nice since there is no breakfast at the restaurant."

"The location was excellent and the staff were friendly and quick to respond to any communication. The property itself was good overall. However, we experienced a water outage for one night during our stay, which was disappointing and the rooms were not super clean. Since I booked last-minute, I paid a premium rate, and given the issues, I don’t think the property quite justified that price."

"Really great dog friendly property! Our cottage was very clean, and we had a small issue with our BBQ when we arrived which was fixed within 30 mins. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of kayaks, paddle boards, etc to enjoy the lake. Lake is shallow at the beach/shore line, making it really accessible and safe feeling. We'd definitely come back."
