“No elevator, not a place for seniors or people with physical challenges. Needs light bulb replacement, toilet with a handle that works. Entry into apartment is a tripping hazard, should be lite in some way, especially at night when people in the bedroom need to use the toilet. Area rugs slip, need nonslip padding under them. Please supply toilet paper, two small rolls is not enough and a few kitchen towels.”

“Problème de réservation entre Expedia et abritel qui font parti du même groupe! J'ai effectué une réservation au 13/03/25 sur Expedia, paiement ok, retour de validation Expedia et Abritel, tout paraissait parfait pour des vacances à partir du 4 août 2025. Et voilà que plus d'1,5 mois plus tard soit le 28/05, l'hôte annule sous prétexte qu'il y a eût un problème dans les logiciels. Bien sûr pas de solution de remplacement proposée ni de dispo au même prix vu la date plus proche du départ ! De……

“The apartment was very lovely and as pictured. The view and location is superb! Check in was straightforward. Parking is off site and there is no lift/elevator. These were not an issue for us, but this apartment could be difficult for some to access. We absolutely look forward to another stay!”

“This apartment is in an ideal location, a block from the Cathedral and walkable to everywhere in central Aix. It is clean and airy with all the expected conveniences. There is no air conditioning but there are plenty of fans. There are steps up to the toilet and also to the shower which is awkward for anyone with impairedMobility. Overall this is a great and convenient place to stay—highly recommended! ”

"Everything newly decorated and well designed. So happy I could open the window wide in my room. Liked the heated towel rack in bathroom. Friendly staff at reception.
