"This hotel is in a perfect location directly on the sea shore. That is only good thing I can say. We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour. When we returned we were showed our room on the ground floor which we booked as a family room with a sea view and it looked at the carpark. "We enjoyed our stay at Espero. We watched a wedding in the square out front, as well as the horsedrawn carriage and tour train. The room was very nice. It was NOT, however, soundproof. It was a trade-off for being on the front on the square. We enjoyed our little balcony. I did use earplugs and had on my white noise, but it was still Saturday night, and not quiet. The breakfast was at the restaurant next door and was wonderful!"
