I think this hotel was pretty good with pros and cons. I would stay away from the Family side beach with the people selling souvenirs over there as it is very weird as well as the staff is 50-50 with rude and nice people. The room was very clean as well as the property was clean There was a lot of bug bugs, but they were all dead never did I see one alive. I saw a lot dead though lol so they’re doing something right I guess I would honestly recommend this if you’re going for more of a chill vibe. The food was extremely good honestly the Indian restaurant specifically

The food was so basic and limited. The buffet restaurant had friendly staff but there were baby roaches crawling from under the tables each time i went. The room smelled like mildew and the bed was damp the entire time. You can hear traffic noises and the cleaning services staff were always so noisey throughout the day. I called front desk for water and took several calla and all day for them to send water. The shower drain clogged so easily. The best part of resort was the fresh lobster on the beach near the resort called Office of Nature and the beach itself was amazing.
