"Everything was fine. Check-in was good, the room was good for my needs and I like the outdoor commons area to just hang and drink a beer and smoke a cigar. The breakfast was continental basic fare with coffee. If I'm ever in the area again I would use the motel again."

The location is adjacent to the Marty Bender wildlife hiking trail. Great morning hike along the Smoky Hill River. Plenty to do on the property as well, but we didn’t have afternoon or evening time available as we were in town for my son’s wedding. The basement has a rustic “dude cave” that we explored. New appliances, two full bathrooms, and roomy sleeping areas. "
