“Ridiculed at by the owner for having a service dog and told Ellie, my service dog, that she was sorry that I didn’t love her. Ellie is my protector and I love her as much as she loves me.
The woman then wanted to charge me a Pet Fee, requested papers on my service dog and wouldn’t allow us to stay in the room we booked.
ALL ILLEGAL UNDER THE ADA.
I am not going to take action, but I hope the owner reads this.

“Excellent staff. Very helpful. A bulb was out, and he had one there right away.
The office is across the street, and that property looked unkept, and the office did not look clean and up to date, but the service was great, and friendly.
Room was clean, quiet, and I felt safe. It did not smell (like smoke pets or must ,(or anything))
Nice place, and would stay there again.”
