Hilton Knoxville
We were given a nice upgrade to the 18th floor, with excellent view. Thank you, staff! The valet parking worked well with courteous and efficient staff. The lobby was festive for the Christmas season. Mostly, we liked the convenience of being near Market Square.

Clarion Pointe Sevierville-Pigeon Forge
Yes it felt safe and was very clean. The onky thing was they ran out of doggie bags. Also that dog are was behind a parked RV so then you could not see the area for doggie bags. More signs to where doggie area is would be nice. Also it was super hot. They should lower heat to 66 to 68 to be ...
