The hotel was very modern, clean and well staffed. Not having an ice machine on every floor is not good. You need a key card to get t your floor and not sure we could go to another floor to get ice.
I thought the $16 parking charge was a little excessive.
Nicely located right in the downtown area. You can walk to several nice restaurants and pubs.
No pool on site is a bummer. Exercise room was really nice.
