Excellent staff, clean rooms. Not much around the property would be my only complaint. But walking distance to Rogers Place, which is why we were there. Definitely would stay again next Oilers trip!!

Needs updating. TV is awful. They need to install smart TVs. The staff is TERRIFIC! Parking garage needs some attention. The elevator banks are filthy. Need cleaning and a fresh coat of paint. HATED having to grab a door pull that looks like it’s been through a war.

I wish I could rate this higher than the allowed rating! They went above and beyond. From the second we pulled up to the building to the moment we left, it was absolutely exceptional service from every single staff - we will absolutely make this our first choice hotel next time we come back. Not a single negative to be said. Thank you so much!

The only thing I didnt like was the parking. Its a public underground, in the downtown and not secure. Anyone off the streets can get in. Was made aware that there has been breakinss to cars.
