"This is the fourth (fifth?) time we have stayed at this property. It is a convenient walk down to Nauset Beach, and in the other direction a short drive to the markets, shops and restaurants in Orleans and East Orleans. The kitchen is very well stocked for anyone who wants to cook in, which we did several times during our two week stay. The living area is comfortable for TV or reading, and we slept well on the beds. We plan to be back next summer. That should suggest something pretty positive."

"Very comfortable, clean, well stocked kitchen nice neighbors. Enjoyed beaches and visiting ponds and Newcomb Hollow in Wellfleet. Plenty of choices for eating out and grocery stores are close. We ate in a lot and enjoyed the property."

"We were very happy with this cottage and the set up was particularly helpful if you have smaller children - you could sit in the TV room and not disturb children sleeping in the bedroom. The deck is lovely and large and the outdoor shower is spacious and heavenly! The one negative - terrible mosquitoes (not the house’s fault, it is a more wooded area) - made it difficult to even load / unload the car without getting eaten alive. "

"If you're looking for a peaceful oasis on the Cape, look no further. We enjoyed our time at Cottage Grove. Mary, the property manager, was helpful and made us fell so welcome. The cottage had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We loved sitting outside on the spacious deck with our morning coffee. You'll love it, too!"

"Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!"

"This place is good. There were zero surprises, which is a good thing, and an uncommon one these days! It very quickly felt like home. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the grill is a Weber, which was nice. Buyer beware, there are no hangers (only hooks), and the bathroom is indeed very small. But that’s just a detail, and we would definitely repeat."
