Our three generation family chose this property for its proximity to several celebration venues we were attending, but we were pleased to find the home so inviting. “We loved our stay! The views are really hard to beat and the location was supreme! About a 20min walk to beach/ town. 15min drive to the airport and downtown. We were a group of 12 and had more than enough space both inside and outside. One thing to note is that there are three bedrooms connected railroad style, but that wasn't an issue for us.”

“This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.”

“Service was fantastic and amenable to requests for modifications such as spa hours and including a Keurig coffee pot. Home had plenty of room for all of us, or for groups. There were more stairs than we realized (3 of us over 75 years), but we managed. Small negatives: one of the 9 bedrooms was noisy with the heat coming on and off all night and some of the inside doors didn’t close properly.”

“We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped. “Situated in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and the ocean, the cottage offered a perfect balance of comfort, privacy and convenience. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed being able to read, write, and bird watch on the private balcony that overlooks a tranquil garden. On-street parking was readily available anytime of day and check-in/check-out was easy as pie. Many thanks to Mark and Marty for being excellent hosts! Hope to see you again...
