Our room had a water leak and the floor was soaked. I believe that due to the water leak the carpet had a foul smell. Our bedding also had blood which we found the next day. I have a video of the dirty bedding. I made a complaint with the staff as well.

I used to depend on Hilton Hotels as clean, well-staffed and affordable. While this specific Hilton was clean, it lacked the extra attention for which all Hiltons were known. The restaurant/bar area closed from 3-4PM which was inconvenient at times and they also closed early.

The staff was very friendly but there were a few unfortunate things with our room. (Our fridge was frozen so we had to defrost it before it could work and we had to ask multiple times for towels etc.)

The AC in our room did not work well at first, and we could not get our safe to open/close, BUT the maintenance staff was prompt and so nice. They fixed everything. The AC downstairs felt like it was not working fully as well. The property was well-maintained, but the area itself was not desirable, other than being close to Target and the highway. The staff all around was exceptional. Please thank them for their kindness.

The staff was amazing and very customer service-oriented. They all need a raise. The tall gentleman with the glasses went above and beyond, as well as Nala. To the housekeeper who was genuinely honest about returning my laptop I cannot thank you enough. Thank you for being among a few with a wholesome heart.

Location was fantastic. However, parking is difficult. Upon check-in the dresser drawers were filled with dirty clothes and condoms. Bed linen was dirty, bathroom and living area mirrors were filthy. Room appeared as if someone had a party and housekeeping simply made the bed after they checked out. I was moved to another room where the couch had a large wet spot making it unusable. The rest of the room appeared clean. Outside the elevators there were benches with food and dirt on them for the entire stay. Hallways appeared unkept. I was extremely disappointed with how dirty this Location was. I don't recommend anyone stay here.
