The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist and offer helpful recommendations about places to visit in the area. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, and I felt safe during my entire stay. Parking was easy and convenient, which made coming and going stress-free. The room was quiet and comfortable — perfect for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus to start the day. Overall, a reliable and pleasant stay. "Very clean. Very friendly. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pancake station was not working. Had a nice egg white omelette. Nice way to start the day. Just in town one night for a wedding. But we did manage to stop by nearby Venice Beach. Went to Sharkys for appetizers and drinks. Very good. "

"I was here for a convention so we didn't have the chance to take advantage of everything but I will return for pleasure. Wonderful food options, so many ways to relax... I'm leaving this review because there's a staffer who worked with the catered food for the Florida Media Conference: Courtland. He went above and beyond (I have celiac) to make sure I knew which foods were safe. Please thank him for me and know that you need to reward him for being a huge part of making the experience here one I would gladly repeat. The food was amazing, too!"
