Travel trailer in a middle of construction zone

This is a well used and dark travel trailer. The staff did Not release a sewer lane, so, on the second day the trailer smell like a sewer. Also, the AC only allowed to be turned at 76 degrees, they even printed and attached this constrain above the switch. So, it is uncomfortably warm at the trailer. Additionally, the electricity goes off each time when A/C and the microwave turned on. So, you have to choose either to be hot or hungry. The shower practically is not usable. There is a very thin of water flows out of it. The staff offered to fix it. But, they refused take a key from the trailer and insisted that we have to be present while they will be working. Since we only had 6 vacation days, we did not want to waste our precious time on someone else problem. There is a lot construction goes on at the resort. So, I felt like i am in the middle of construction zone.

Great RV resort

Modern, well cared for resort with great amenities included. Stayed in a pristine rental travel trailer among permanent residents and tourists. Quiet and pleasant area.

Our understanding was we were renting a cabin. Turns out to be a travel trailer. That's fine. It was very clean. Completely furnished. Full-size kitchen. The extras here was great. Kids loved the brand new splash pad. Pool was nice size and very clean. Our biggest problem occurred when the electric went out. After it came back on it had sent a surge through our trailer and then the main breaker kept flipping off. So we would have to reset it. Office & maintenance was aware of tthis. They knew we could not have the coffee pot, tv and a/c all running at the same time or the breaker would shut off. This was very concerning with children in the trailer sleeping. Then the sewer smell about a week of being there was unbearable. At check out they said they would have someone check it and clean it. My thought was why was it not emptied before we got there. They did not offer any compensation for as having electrical problems.

The resorts it's self was really nice, but the room was less than satisfactory. Expedia suggested that I was renting a cottage, but it was a tiny travel trailer with very uncomfortable beds. The sink leaked and the toilet stank. The front of the resort was nice. There was a resort style pool with a jacuzzi, a bar, and a room with a pool table. There was also a nice gym and a play ground for the children. I guess for the price I shouldn't have expected more.
