I should have known it was going to be terrible when I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone came to check us in. The staff were not friendly (at check in or check out). Got to the room and it smelled musty and felt damp. There were toenail clippings on the floor by the bed and trash on the bathroom floor. We had to get housekeeping to come vacuum. The bathtub took forever to drain and would get backed up while waiting for the water to turn hot (which took several minutes). The beds made a metal drum sound when turning over. However, the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. The breakfast was nasty and cold. The waffles were rubbery, the eggs had no taste and the oranges were green and hard. It was so bad we opted not to eat there the second morning. Our second night we had to park on the street and prayed our car didn’t get towed. There were 4 big construction trucks taking up 5-6 parking spots leaving hardly any spots for the customers. For the price we paid I am extremely disappointed and upset. I understand the prices were jacked up due to it being race weekend but had I known what we were in for, we would have stayed elsewhere. We will definitely not stay there again.

Great location. Easy to walk to everything! Didn't use the loft but it was an interesting feature. Common area was spotless and retro video game machine was fun

Very nice staff. Hotel room was gross. Floor of hotel room was filthy as if it hadn’t been mopped in months. Bathroom had no ventilation fan, yet it had a vent panel that was caked in layers of thick grime.

Super nice staff. My room was clean and comfortable. Absolutely will stay again and highly recommend.
