Relax on the screened-in back porch overlooking the river or enjoy a campfire right at the river\`s edge. Bring the fishing rod and try your luck with one of the native trophies that call this river home! Call it a day and relax in the luxury Hot Tub located on the screened-in back porch. Inside, the cabin is spacious, beautiful, and designed for comfort. The large seating area in the Great Room provides a great place to enjoy the wood-burning fireplace on a cool mountain evening or watch a good movie on the 55" Samsung Smart TV. The well-stocked kitchen provides the perfect place to create some fabulous meals if you enjoy cooking. There are two Queen bedrooms on the main level as well as a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The King Master Suite is upstairs, has a 32" flat-screen TV and it\`s own personal screened-in balcony overlooking the river, the perfect spot to enjoy your first cup of morning coffee. 32" Smart TV/DVD in lower bedroom and 32" Smart TV also in the other lower bedroom. Casa Del Rio is one of those places you will enjoy coming back to time and time again! Conveniently located to Cartecay Vineyards, B.J. Reese orchards, and downtown Ellijay. The only thing missing is you! Casa Del Rio is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps up to six (6) people and offers the following: This property is equipped with a security camera that faces the front door and under the lower deck in the back, facing the river to monitor river levels during severe storms King Master on the UPPER-level private bathtub/shower combo, private screened-in balcony overlooking the river, 32" Smart TV/DVD Queen bedroom on MAIN level Queen bedroom on MAIN level Full bathroom on the MAIN level tub/shower combo The great room has a wood-burning fireplace ( a starter bundle of firewood provided Oct 1-April 1), 55 inch Smart TV, and DVD player Large screened-in porch overlooking the river Hot Tub Firepit (firewood not provided) Mostly paved roads to the cabin (3 tenths mile of good gravel road) Not pet-friendly WIFI propane and charcoal grill picnic table by the river rock steps leading to the river STR Host License Number 003450 All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing: Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on the guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments. Cabin is well stocked, comfortable, clean, and offers the perfect setting for a fun and relaxing getaway. My girlfriends and I enjoyed yoga along the water on the “beach”, s’mores around the fire pit, relaxing in the spa, hiking the area, enjoyed seeing active wildlife, and the cabin was perfect for game night, cooking, movies, and reading.
