After an unpleasant experience with our airport pickup driver (not the hotel’s fault), the team very graciously upgraded us to a villa with a private pool — a gesture we really valued. The villa itself was fantastic: a huge pool, spacious rooms, and total comfort. We were thrilled with it. The food and drink options were another highlight. Everything was high-quality, and the food truck and ice-cream corner added a fun touch. The hotel layout and design are exceptional — it feels more like a thoughtfully designed village than a traditional resort. The kids club was fine and worked well for short visits. A few downsides: the beach is very rocky and gets extremely hot, so it’s not the easiest to enjoy, even though it’s conveniently close. And while most staff were helpful, the breakfast service often felt rushed and not particularly friendly, which stood out compared to the otherwise great experience. Overall, a beautiful property with strong food options and truly wonderful villas — we left happy and recharged."
