Não limparam meu quarto (apesar de eu indicar que estava disponível para limpeza). O quarto é absurdamente barulhento, inclusive de madrugada, pois tudo que acontece na rua pode ser ouvido. No dia do checkout, a automação não funcionou, as luzes não acendiam e a persiana não abria, o que me obrigou a me arrumar no escuro....
