clean room, but smells old. Breakfast was great. I had to try my door at least three times each time I came back. The key didn't work very well. They knock on your door at 9 to see if you're still there. Check out is 11.00 am

The stay was amazing

Staff was amazing both at check in and check out. Comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious rooms. Excellent hot breakfast. Plenty of parking. The property was in the midst of being refreshed, but it really didn’t influence our stay in anyway. You can see where portions of the property are a bit tired but I expect that will have changed when their updates are complete. How are you for example included a mix of very new modern furniture, with outdated, but still clean and functional fixtures, which I expect will be updated soon. Overall, I would say this property exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast on the concierge floor was not good. Seemed like powdered eggs and heat (sometimes barely warm) and serve sausage links. My wife did like the oatmeal, but that was about all that we could rate as good. There is a variety of other things, pre-made baked goods, but nothing very good except one day there was fresh fruit. We skipped it on our last day there because, quite honestly, it wasn’t worth the walk down the hallway.

Only 1elevator that functions and we were on the 12th floor. Parking pass rarely works so in/outs from parking garage are extra time. Cement slab floor is cold and makes noise travel. Rooms were super clean and new. Beds and linens comfy. This hotel is all online-no front desk- keep in mind if you need anything.
