"The place was excellent get away. We enjoyed it, everything that we need was there. We decided not do any cooking, because we were on vacation and spend the time eating out. The dog enjoyed her stay and only slept on the bed with us for a few hours because of the thunderstorm that passed through. Meet the neighbor and he was enjoyable to speech with. The whole experience was excellent, will be planning on using this out fit again. Thank you"

The place was very well maintained and they provided tons of wood for us to use per our request! The coffee mugs left for us to keep was such a nice touch! Had a great time. Would 10//10 recommend!"

"Great vacation spot! The location is outstanding being just minutes away from everything including Peninsula State Park. My wife and I stayed with two other couples and the layout worked perfectly. We had our own bedrooms and also plenty of communal space to plan our day out and converse. Unfortunately the weather didn’t let us use the fire area as we had anticipated, but the space looked awesome. We look forward to staying again when the opportunity arises."

"This is a nice property over all. Just rustic enough. The neighbors are quite close though, and the barking dogs do get bothersome. Aside from the water heater not working the morning of our final stay, and a rather snooty text message from the owners, everything worked as it should. There should definitely be a manual or labels on all the lights. I did not receive the digital manual till the last night of our stay when it was emailed with checkout instructions. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is on a quiet road and very private. The view and sounds of the lake were so relaxing. There was a nice selection of movies and plenty of kitchen basics. It made a great home base for exploring the area, and had plenty of comfortable common spaces for times we wanted to hang out at home. We would love to come and stay again sometime!"
