“This was our first stay in DC and it was so nice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lodge. The Fire pits outside were so relaxing to sit by at the end of the day. Our room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to any need we might have. Would definitely stay here again. The Lodge is centrally located so made it easy to get around Door County quickly.”

“Nice property for our last minute trip. It met all of our basic needs. We were able to walk to breakfast, which was a 15 minute walk. Comfortable bed which is most important. My only negative was that the bath towels need to be replaced desperately. Otherwise good experience.”

“Good location, but the place is not as clean and modernly updated as advertised. WiFi worked on and off over our stay, kept cutting in and out. Carpet was old and had an odor to it, photos online were pretty deceiving to reality when we arrived. We made it work though.”

“Wonderful location and beautiful grounds that are well maintained. The private beach access was a definite plus. There was plenty parking and many shops and restaurants within walking distance or short car ride. We would stay there again.”

“Loved the location. This is a good location to visit other areas like Sister Bay, Fish Creek, Washington Island, etc. We loved how close we were to the lake. Beach wasn’t big but it was great to have one so close for the kids. Pool wasn’t huge but plenty of room. Great breakfast and try the Fish Boil at night.”

“Faucets could use an upgrade. Fry pans need upgrading. Great pool! Quiet area. Everything close by!! The layout of the unit is amazing! We took two teenage grandsons—nice separation of sleeping areas, and the living area is huge and perfect for playing games in the evening. Great restaurants close by! Lobster boil in Bailey’s Harbor is the best! We have stayed at this condo before and definitely plan to go back!!!!”

“Very nice resort! You are on the water and can see Lake Michigan from almost every room balcony or patio! Staff was knowledgeable about the area for food and excursions. Quiet, clean, relaxing, and awesome private beach! Free breakfast had a decent selection to get your day started. Nice indoor pool with hot tub. Great for families with kids or couples that don’t want to be in the center of the “party crowd” but you are literally minutes away from the very highly populated tourist areas. With……
