"One week prior my big trip I was conducted by HYATT informing that they are going out of business on the 1st of September and the hotel is bought by a different one. I spent maybe 6 hours to find another hotel for the other half of my trip only on the 31st of August to be told from the new hotel owner that I can stay. I was unease all the time not knowing what’s going to happen. "

"Very friendly staff. I made a mistake with the safe and the receptionist saved me! Can’t thank her enough as I had a flight in few hours and it was 2 am!!! There was no ventilation in the bathroom which made it quite smelly and the bath tub was too high. I am a tall woman 178 cm and I found id with a bit of challenge to get in and out of the bath tub. Would definitely ask for shower instead. There was mould in the bathroom and the bath shield wasn’t clean. I gave full star as it was really cheap...

"I think it is completely inappropriate for this to be advertised as a 4 star property. The standard falls below 2 stars at its very best. The first room as I was offered (even though I was later told this was an error, which I do not fully believe) was in an appalling condition. There were marks on the walls, the wardrobe was broken, the fridge smelled to name but a few. I was then offered an upgrade to a better room.
