"The one thing I will caution future guests about is breakfast. It’s one menu selection (there is no menu to choose from) for everyone every morning. So if you’re a picky eater or have lots of food sensitivities, this could be a real hassle. It is served in your room only, and delivery runs a bit on island time. So if you have timed plans in the morning, make sure to give yourself an extra half hour buffer to account for possible breakfast delays. Other than that, I had an absolutely fabulous stay. The fireplace in the room was my favorite feature. Bed and bedding were like sleeping on a cloud. Book a suite with river view if possible. The view is quite wonderful! I saw the inn keeper every day. He’s very friendly, talks to everyone, and truly wants you to have a wonderful stay. I highly recommend dinner at least once at the restaurant there. The food is exquisite! Keep in mind that lunch and snacks aren’t offered. Bring things from home, there’s a fridge and microwave in every room."

My overall experience with the just Dan was extremely positive and friendly. I had a mix up with my booking dates and he wasn’t able to accommodate my other date and he went out of his way to help find something else in town. Overall really great experience and we were pleasantly happy with the accommodation."

"This property was hands-down on the nicest places we have stayed. The hot tub was super clean and very nice, we also used the outdoor fire pit, which was wonderful. The location is perfect to walk downtown easily, and the view of the river is very nice. This is a beautiful, very large property that is so tastefully decorated. The beds were also super comfortable!"
