"I stayed here for the NFL Madrid Game in November. The location was amazing. The hotel was distance to many must see Madrid attractions and nearby to several subway stations. I ate breakfast on several occasions and loved the great selection and taste of the food. The staff was extremely nice. The room was perfect for my needs as I was a solo traveler for this trip. I didn’t have enough time to use the spa…maybe next time. "

The downstairs restaurant gets busy and the service isn’t so great, but the atmosphere is great. There’s a free bus that takes you up into the city. Good location. Highly recommended."
