“Nice design Medina riad . Does not have air conditioning, no elevator, not recommended for people with knee problems as we were on the third level. We were reading wonderful reviews about the place and the staff but we found them rather inflexible with any requests.
Bed was comfortable but no place to open the suitcases. Breakfast was very good the first day but the second (last day) as they start serving it at 9 we had to skip it.”
“The hotel is well situated for exploring the town and beach. The staff were helpful and the roof terrace is a lovely place to have breakfast. As the rooms are internally facing, it's noisy. The breakfast was OK, the lighting in the room (as seems to be always the way) was very poor and the towels were grey and scruffy.”
“It was a nice stay overall. Excellent location where I could visits all the spots on foot. The staffs there were nice and helpful. The room was clean (just the light was a bit dim). I enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop very much.
By the way, the tax charge stated on Hotel.com was incorrect MAD19.8 per person night, but turned out MAD30 instead) which made me a bit confused during check-out. Kindly amend the information.

“Good quality apartment hotel, helpful staff and plentiful breakfast. Also had a good dinner. Only downside is the surrounding environment. Half finished/abandoned building works. Normal for Morocco but its a shame.
Be aware the place is 2.5 km from the Medina. 35 min walk (usually a cooling Atlantic breeze) or 10 MAD petit taxi”
“The villa is a unique, well mainained place to stay at in Essaouira. The Royal suite is exceptiknal. Everything was perfect and
Beyond our expectation. The staff are professional and hospitable.
We plan to come back again soon.”
