“Stayed 14 nights in this lovely apartment-hotel. Unbeatable location, with bus stops 100 meters away, two of Paris' best bakeries nearby, lovely cafes along Canal Saint Martin, and more importantly, Gare du Nord and Gard de l'Est within easy walking distance. Also, unbeatable price. The room has everything we need for a comfortable stay, though I wish the shower curtain could have been a bit longer. The staff are very hospitable and gracious. “房東態度很不好!!! 我們在退房時，房東有檢查房間，並未告知我們房間很髒亂要扣押金，回國後看到帳單才發現扣了我們€200，期間都無任何的通知。 之後我們問房東也只回覆因為房間弄的很髒亂，根據清潔人員的評估需多花2-3小時整理.我們一頭霧水, 因為我們並沒有用的很髒。所以再次詢問他是否說是哪一部份很髒並請提供照片說明，假設如同房東所說的情形，這筆清潔費，我們該付就會付，結果房東就已讀不回。 姑且不論入住當日他態度就不太友善，不給任何具體說明，只憑清潔人員認為就扣押金，這種行為也太不合理了。我們在2年前也入住過，當時房東也都沒這些狀況，不知道為何這次會這樣。感覺非常差勁！！”

“Beautiful apartment with a great view of the Eiffel Tower, at least the top half. Accommodations are spacious for Paris and very comfortable. Apartment has washer dryer combo and full kitchen. 2 bedrooms with a small balcony with doors that open. Very nice. ”
