"This is a love hotel which is used as a business hotel too. I'm a media coordinator and I often have to place foreign guests in hotels according to their budget. Well this hotel exceeded my expectations. The price is relative low and has parking (very rare in Tokyo) the rooms are huge for Japanese standards and spotless clean. You have all the frivolities of a love hotel, jacuzzi, free condoms, lots of video channels, skincare products, a nice big bed, a karaoke machine, a computer in your room...

The owner gave the wrong number to the lockbox, and after a long flight, I spent over two hours outside trying to find a solution, asking neighbors for help, but to no avail. I couldn't reach the owner because I was using an overseas cell phone, and the phone calls I made added up to a huge amount of money that they wouldn't refund."

Sofa needs replacing as very uncomfortable, under the beds could do with a clean. Located next to a railway line which trains run very frequently, above a Karaoke bar which does go on until 03:00. But you do get used to it. "
