Pool and Spa is not always open to hotel guests. The Pool and Spa is often occupied by other for more than 24 houres, and the hotel will not let other guests acces the area.

What a beautiful and luxurious hotel! It really felt like we had stepped back in time and were staying in a 19th-century mansion. I wish we could have stayed longer.

A fun little find. The old town cannot be driven through but the hotel is a 2 minute walk from the closest drop off point. Lots of bars and restaurants within really easy walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are quirky, we were in the Nautical themed room. Room was really big with a seating area, bed, good sized wardrobe. There is a window between the bedroom and the bathroom, so is an interesting stay when you can wave at your other half using the facilities. The only negative we had with the room was the shower head had to be held during the shower which made it a little more awkward. The bath is huge though, so if you have the time it is fine. Continental breakfast served in the adjoined restaurant. Staff were all really friendly and helpful and gave some great recommendations for authentic Romanian restaurants that were not the same old social media hyped places.
