"The property was a very old, well maintained farm house with as much as possible preserved from the past eras. We loved it!! When we first got there it was quite warm, due to some 90+* days prior. Thats when we discovered it was not air conditioned, however, there were fans for every room, and opening the windows cooled it down quickly. Even my grandsons loved the house, and playing in the nice big yard. It is VERY well located,close to Ontonagon, beaches, Porcupine Mtns, waterfalls etc...

"From the minute we arrived to the time we left, our visit was unique and special. Our room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were well maintained, as well as a nice beach access across the street. Enjoying an evening bonfire with the owners and fellow guests added a touch of magic to our trip. Our hosts and owners, Tony and Nou, went above and beyond to introduce us to the beauty of this area. Their hardwork and commitment to the guests of The Sunshine Motel is a labor of love. "
