"Located in a lovely setting but starting to look a bit tired throughout. We booked an upgraded room so two nights cost £355.00 Bed and breakfast which I don’t feel was good value. We have stayed in a much nicer hotel with that amount of budget. The room was OK but things like a shower over the bath with a rather tired curtain were not what we had expected. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately I felt the experience didn’t live up to our expectations...

"Great location, easy to find, short drive to the beach. Garage with shop just round the corner 😁. Everything you need is provided in the property. Had no issues with any of the heating or hot water. Will definitely return in the future. I will add that the pictures don't do the property justice, much bigger then it looks. Very comfortable bed slept very well just what we needed a well earned rested getaway. Highly recommended"

Beautiful secluded cottage
"We stayed here for a short break (4 nights) with our kids aged 6 and 9. We wanted a central spot, both close to the north coast (Ilfracombe) and west coast (Saunton, Westward Ho! etc), and this fit the bill perfectly. Lovely little stream the kids had great fun playing in, with blissful surroundings. The cottage was cosy and had everything we needed. Shower super strong and comfy beds...great trip. Thanks"
