Cute little bungalow off MLK Blvd, this place is a must-stay for Razorback fans and bike enthusiasts! You and your guests will love being directly across the street from the Razorback Greenway and walking distance to Baum Stadium and only one mile to Bud Walton and Razorback Stadiums.

Built in 1928 but recently remodeled, and only 750 sq feet, this quaint and charming house has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and a cozy living area for relaxing and recharging at the end of the day.

There is a large backyard with a wire fence for your pet and a small fire pit and lawn chairs for sitting out by the fire at night. You won’t regret spending your weekend gazing at the stars at Hollywood! We look forward to hosting you!

Returning to FAYE!

Great house and so close to everything!

This house is really is a perfect place for families visiting U of Ark. Everything is new and clean with super nice comfortable beds. Host is GREAT and very responsive. We were a family of three and enjoyed our stay. Will def stay again!

Graduation weekend

Our stay was great! Beds were comfortable and the cottage was very clean! Loved the backyard, it was great for our pups!! Also the cottage was near everything! I would definitely recommend to my friends!

Great location

Great little house with big back yard. Baum stadium is easily in walking distance. Stayed here for a football game and the walk to the stadium was only 25min. Lots of restaurants in walking distance as well. Overall a great little spot!
